I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck in routine, and unable to remember the last time you truly felt alive. For years, I was doing everything ‘right’: collecting degrees, following a conventional career path, ticking all the boxes society told me would make me happy. But inside, I felt disconnected and restless. I kept thinking, “Is this it?”

I was the woman who looked successful on paper but felt empty inside, always reaching for the next milestone, hoping it would finally feel like enough.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and started reconnecting with myself through movement, mindfulness, and nourishment that things began to shift. I stopped rushing from one task to the next and started spending quiet mornings with tea, more walks in nature, and actually listening to what my body and mind needed. That’s when I began to feel grounded, peaceful, and more like me again.
